We accept that this application becomes a contract when it is accepted by the organisers.
Please note that stand sharing is not permitted without the written permission of the organisers.
Cancellation Terms
50% non refundable deposit applies until 31st December 2009.
75% of full payment is due for cancellation between 1st January 2010 and 1st February 2010.
100% payment is due for cancellation after 1st February 2010.
